Safe and reliable transportation services for all our students

Safe & Reliable Transportation

The school provides transportation for all students through its own transport system. The transportation fee is fixed and collected by the school.

The school buses travel to different areas in Ajman, Sharjah, Umm Al Quwain, and Dubai to bring students to school. The bus fee is collected along with the monthly tuition fee.

Once students are enrolled for the school transport service, they must continue using the facility throughout the academic year. However, if discontinuation is necessary, parents must provide an advance notice of one month.

Important Guidelines for Parents

1

Identity Card

Each student is issued an Identity Card, which is mandatory for boarding and alighting the school bus. Students must have their ID card scanned each time they board and alight the bus.

2

Lost ID Cards

If a student loses their ID card, parents can request a duplicate by filling out a request form and submitting it to the transport department along with the payment receipt for the duplicate card fee. It will take up to 5 working days to issue a replacement ID card.

3

Authorized Pickup

Parents must either be present or arrange for an authorized person to receive the student at their residence or designated drop-off point. If no one is available, the child will be returned to the school, and parents must collect the child from the school.

4

Grades KG to Grade 3

An adult must be present to collect students from KG to Grade 3. If the adult is not available, the child will be returned to the school. If students in Grade 1 to Grade 3 have an older sibling in Grade 4 or above, and an undertaking is signed by the parents, the younger sibling may be dropped off with the older sibling.

5

Grades 4 to 6

For students in Grades 4 to 6, if no adult is available to collect them from the drop-off point, parents must sign a consent form authorizing the student to be dropped off safely and acknowledging the absence of an adult at the drop-off location.

6

Bus Stop Changes

The bus pick-up point cannot be changed without prior approval from the transport department. Parents must submit a written request in the prescribed format to the transport department.

7

Assigned Bus

Students must travel on the bus assigned to them. No student will be allowed to use a different bus unless pre-approved by the transport department.

8

Early Collection

If parents or guardians wish to collect their child, who typically travels by school bus, they must do so before 12:30 p.m. After this time, permission must be sought from the respective Section Heads.

9

Bus Behaviour Code

Students are expected to adhere to the Bus Behavior Code. If a student exhibits inappropriate or offensive behavior, they will first be warned by the Section Head. If the behavior continues, the student may be temporarily or permanently suspended from using the school bus.

10

Cancellation of Transport Service

To cancel school bus transportation, parents must submit an application to the transport department in the prescribed format. Cancellation requests will only be accepted at the end of June, December, and March for the subsequent term.
