The school follows the CBSE curriculum, focusing on holistic development of students’ intellectual, physical, social, and emotional aspects. Aligned with UAE’s priorities, it prepares students for AISSCE and international standards, adhering to UAE-MOE requirements, including Arabic and Islamic studies. The flexible curriculum emphasizes experiential learning, critical thinking, and global awareness, fostering all-round development and innovative ideas.
Kindergarten
Curriculum
The curriculum is aligned to the school Vision, Vision of CBS, incorporating modifications needed by the UAE national priorities. It further ensures the skills that are set and developed within the curriculum will meet the international standards. Theme-based cross curricular links are embedded so as to give opportunity for independent learning and choice making in kindergarten. Alignment of choices of indoor and outdoor activities in KG has a clear rationale aligned to the school and National Vision of UAE.
Primary
Curriculum
The curriculum is driven by the National Assessment Program i.e. NAP &CBSE guidelines. It is frequently reviewed and redesigned to ensure the curriculum build a strong academic foundation for students by instilling the right values and developing a sense of responsibility and ethics. It promotes students’ creative and critical thinking, innovative problem solving skills and independent expression. A variety of learner centered pedagogy is employed to engage students in a collaborative manner, where a strong foundation in basics of literacy and numeracy make them more aware of the environment of which they are a part.
Middle and
Secondary School
The curriculum seamlessly navigates students from primary to senior secondary stages, fostering a supportive and challenging environment. Emphasizing effective communication, both oral and written, it focuses on visual creativity, learning habits, and profound conceptual knowledge. In senior secondary, the curriculum offers diverse subject combinations aligned with CBS and UAE National priorities, emphasizing theoretical knowledge and practical application. It holistically nurtures students’ moral, spiritual, cultural, social, and physical development, preparing them for adult life. Civic engagement is promoted, ensuring students from all groups develop their personalities, gain self-confidence, and master communication skills within a global context.
